Self Care Routine Tips
In need of a self care routine??
Here are some ideas:
-Meditate in the morning while listening to binaural beats with your crystals and an incense/sage lit. This is a good way to clear your mind before tackling your responsibilities throughout the day!
-Go for a walk outside or do any activity involving being around nature. Let the sun kiss your skin!
-Take a spiritual bath/shower using your desired herbs and salts. Have the candles lit and your music playing while doing so.
-Take time out to journal all of your thoughts to release everything! Write down your manifestations and say them out loud.
-Remember: it's okay to say 'No." It is also okay to pamper yourself! (Get your nails done, haircut/hair done, go shopping)
-Try limiting screen time one hour before bed and try to get 7-8 hours of sleep!
